Thank God It’s Thanksgiving. It’s been a busy week. Rock N Roll is on the Adult Top 40 hits now, at 11 on the Hot Videoclip Hits, number 4 on the AAA Charts, still charting in Japan, and Sounds Like This is still on the Heatseekers.

Rock N Roll video sits at #9 on the VH1 top 20 (VOTE FOR IT HERE), and Eric will be a quest on 12-6.  I have no idea what that means, we will have to watch and see.

If you missed it last week, here it is.  He plays 4 tunes (You Don’t Have to Believe Me, Food Chain, OK, It’s Alright Wtih Me, and Rock N Roll) and spends a good deal of time chatting.

With spending so many days on the road touring, things like this are bound to happen. Eric’s tourbus broke down for 14 hours in Wyoming, and I guess Eric and Tom got a little stir crazy, so Eric breaks out the guitar, Tom Craskey breaks out the standup base….

Rock N Roll is still gaining momentum, moving onto the Billboard Videoclips chart at number 8, moving onto the Hot Adult Top 40 charts to number 33, and moving up to number 4 on the Billboard AAA charts. Sounds Like This moved up to number 6 on the Top Heatseekers charts.

Eric Hutchinson’s Rock N Roll continues to gain momentum. The video debuted in VH1’s Top 20 Countdown at number 12. A strong debut especially since the video has been playing for more than 2 months without making the countdown. Let’s keep it rollin, VOTE HERE.

Eric will also be performing a live show via the web and he will be chatting live with everyone as well. This is all happening Wednesday October 29th at 1pm pst/ 4pm est HERE.

I got to see Eric last week in Austin. Great show as always. He performed almost everything on Sounds Like This, nothing that was not on the album except the “Cher” version of It Hasn’t Been Long Enough.  I was really impressed with You Don’t Have to Believe Me this time. Eric is using the electric guitar on it now, and has changed up the arrangement a bit and made it more funky. Sounded great. If you get the Deluxe Edition of Sounds Like This from Itunes you will get a live version of You Don’t Have to Believe Me that is real close.

Eric said he had a ball on Leno, and with Daryl Hall, and is looking forward to his trip to Japan. He said Sweden, Europe, and maybe Australia could be in the works. And look for him on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson next Friday (date is tentative).

Eric will make an appearance on The Bonnie Hunt Show. Not sure if it is Monday, or Tuesday (my bet is Monday). Everything I have seen says Monday the 28th, but Monday is the 27th. Anyway, record both days.  CHECK HERE to see when the show is on in your area.

It’s been too long since my last post. Anyway, Eric was on livefromdarylshouse.com with Daryl Hall.  Very interesting stuff. Eric looked like he had a great time. There is a lot of interaction between some great musicians here, and some cool songs.The setlist;
