Pausch died early Friday at his home in Virginia. Here is the CNN obituary article. Eric’s song “Back to Where I Was” was edited together with excerpts from Randy’s last lecture.

This weekend Eric will be in Colorado for the Mile High Music Festival. For those of us who cannot attend the festival, the AT&T Blue Room will be webcasting live music on July 19th-20th, starting at 5pm ET. This year’s lineup features such artists as Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer, The Black Crowes and Colbie Caillat, and more! Eric plays earlier in the day, so I don’t think he will be live. AT&T also has a Twitter Channel for the event.
